Premier+ 2Gbps Router Bundle Broadband Terms & Conditions
- Promotion is valid for new customers and re-contracting MyRepublic customers.
- Based on a 24-month contract for MyRepublic 2Gbps (2 x 1Gbps) Fibre Broadband (“Service”).
- Service subscription price of $62.99/month applies for 24 months (Out-of-contract subscription price of $71.50/month, will apply after your contract ends).
- A one-time top up of $150 upfront is required for the Premier+ Voucher
- A one-time standard service installation charge of $54 will be waived.
- The bundled TP-Link Deco X60 AX3000 WiFi-6 Mesh (3 units, worth $549) is not exchangeable for cash or credit. Customers can enjoy a $100 discount for the purchase of a second router: TP-Link EX510 Router (worth $269) or ASUS RT-AX3000 Router (worth $359).
- You can only redeem the Premier+ Voucher for access to Premier+ on StarHub TV + for 12 months (“Premium”) upon receiving the redemption code via email (“Redemption Letter”). The Redemption Letter will be sent within 1 working day after your sign-up date. If you have not received the Redemption Letter within 1 working day after your sign-up date, please contact our Customer Service.
- If this Service Application form has been signed and submitted, a contract is made and all cancellations prior to scheduling installation are subject to the cost of the Premium ($484) and a $48.60 cancellation fee. Cancellations after scheduling of installation dates are subject to the cost of the Premium ($484) and a cancellation fee of $219.24 for high-rise buildings, or $348.84 for landed properties. These include cases of delayed installations.
- If the service is cancelled or terminated after the Service has commenced and within its contract period, an early termination fee will be charged based on the total monthly recurring fees for the remaining contract period.
- You must comply with our instructions in the Redemption Letter to facilitate the redemption of Premium. The creation of an account and redemption of Premium on StarHub TV+ is subject to their terms and conditions and we do not provide any warranties regarding the Premium, including but not limited to the quality of the services and whether or not StarHub approves or rejects the creation of your account with them. Any issues regarding the use of Premium after the redemption of the redemption codes should be raised directly with StarHub.
- Any Premium not claimed or collected within 4 months from the date in the respective Redemption Letter will be forfeited (or such earlier date as indicated by us in the Redemption Letter) and shall no longer be available for redemption, at our sole and absolute discretion. We will not compensate you for any uncollected, forfeited lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen Premiums.
- Any router discounts or Premiums are given on an “as-is” basis and are not non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or in-kind.
- Free Fibre Termination Point (TP) installation is only applicable to MyRepublic customers who do not have an existing Fibre Termination Point (Home Passed).
- The NetLink Trust cost of $162 will be charged for the TP installation for high-rise properties and this amount will be credited to your MyRepublic account.
- NetLink Trust will be charging a $57.24 Service Activation Charge, which will be applicable to all new Service subscription.
- For Landed properties, an additional fee of $129.60 will be charged on top of the $162 to cover the full NetLink Trust TP installation fee. Only the $162 will be credited to your account.
- You will be charged your first month’s invoice once your order is completed (i.e. at the point of time when your service is successfully installed).
- This promotion is not valid with any other promotions. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any part or all our promotions at any time. Our decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
- MyRepublic Fixed Broadband Agreement and standard promotional terms & conditions apply for all promotions (available here).
- In the event of conflict, the terms in these EPL Bundle T&Cs shall prevail over any other MyRepublic terms and conditions.
